Training and Internships
RILI Silicon Summit Incubation Hub trains persons of concern (POCs) including refugees and internally displaced persons, as well as host community youths with hands-on skills in cutting-edge IT skills and expose them to professional internships for professional placement
Freelance Market Place
To take advantage of the digital economy, we provide an intermediary medium for exchange between freelance service providers and recruiters in order to foster employment growth of persons of concern (POCs).
Tertiary Education and Scholarships
Aware of the challenges faced by Persons of Concern (POCs) to get access to tertiary education, RILI Silicon Summit Incubation Hub facilitates access to fully funded scholarship opportunities for POCs, both UNHCR scholarships and non-UNHCR initiated scholarships.

Supporting the Elderly
As part of the CSR of our consultancy services, we support the elderly POCs who cannot provide a livelihood of their own by providing Cash-based Interventions (CBI) on a quarterly basis to selected beneficiaries.
Community Engagement
We participate in community projects across the refugee settlements including financial and human resources, sports and physical education and we promote all forms of psychosocial healing.
